The blue spot mystery!

It was strange metal obolisks. Now it's blue spots!
We wanted some snowy photos and at low levels the snow was already going so we walked up to Bannerdale Crags. When we got there the sun was not in an ideal position but I wanted the shot anyway. I expect someone will be able to explain the blue spot!
