Artichoke

Looks like I'll have an artichoke meal this weekend.

I've swayed my way through today. Local shopping was a bit more challenging but I did it. I did manage a bit of time in the garden this afternoon. Ground level is fine, it's the getting up and down that puzzles my brain.

Today's gratitude: For understanding that today I needed more brain breaks.
