Heron to the rescue.

Husband and I went out to the stores really early, to buy a few Christmas gifts that could not be ordered.  Once we were home husband had to look at some land/engineering issues that the home owners association were worried about, I walked along.  We had bright sunshine and the reflection off the water was too bright for a serious shot of this heron but I thought he was funny at the very top of the tree.
