Hailstones...

Rudely awakened at 2am by the crashing thunder I’d slept through the previous night. I think it was more the hailstones tinkling down the boarded up chimney in my bedroom that woke me though. I got up and pottered around for an hour and eventually it gave up.

Rained all day though so I watched TV, drank coffee, had a nap, FaceTimed with Sophie and Max and cooked a lovely steak for dinner!
