The Grandchildren

...came for a visit today. They’ll be visiting every Saturday from now on and sometimes spend the night. I’m thrilled to bits! Long story but all is well.

We went to a lovely farm store not so far from us. They sell only local stuff, including Christmas trees. So we bought a lovely small one - perhaps 5 feet max and slender. It’s a perfect fit for our family room. The kids and I decorated it this afternoon. Here’s a tiny portion of it...great old ornaments collected over the years. I was so delighted to share them with the grandchildren.
