Drying seafood ...

By the roadside. I am always amazed that seafood is still dried this way in some places. Along with exhaust fumes, pollution, etc. I just don’t understand it.

Spotted this on the way back from the breast clinic at QMH.

Back to DB and to baking for an order tomorrow.
