Freesia

These freesia are flowering in profusion in one of our raised beds. In the other one is the most beautiful white hydrangea, also flowering away - in December! I think it’s a bit confused.

It has been a lovely, sunny day, although only 4°C outside. I’m feeling terrifically well organised as I’ve made a big batch of curry sauce. It’s from the Avoca cookbook and is one of my favourite recipes, mostly because it tastes so good and can be made ahead of time and frozen. The main part of this batch is for our traditional Christmas Eve curry!

I think I’ll take the rest of the day off. :)
