Christmas Tree day

Sadly one of the trees in our garden was cut down today. It was a tiny wee seedling when we arrived 10 years ago and it has grown too big so it's off to the village hall to be this years Christmas tree. Turns out it was also a bit big to be man-handled onto this Landy.
Feel a little bit bad getting rid of the tree but it's getting a good send off. It would only be a matter of time before we'd have to take it down as it's close to electricity cables and at least the village will benefit from some festive cheer over the next few weeks. I'll head down to the hall later in the week to get a photo of the decorated tree.
