So empty

Rory came home from work and will be caretaking the mainly empty house while the building work is being done.  I left him a bed, a chair, a plate and a fork. Prison fare.  Today was full on - I thought we’d finally cleared out but behind every door there was packing to do and questions to ask.  There is so much built in storage in the house that it never looked too cluttered but there was plenty to dig out.   When the movers had left R and I sat quietly together for a bit.  I got back to the cottage at around 9.
