Sopra! Sopra!

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellows,

When I was a kid, I used to love "Jeux Sans Frontieres". I didn't mind "It's A Knockout" but the international version was much more fun. For two reasons:

- There is nothing funnier than seeing a Belgian penguin falling over
- Except seeing Italians being knocked flat by a giant swinging bag of water

As Auslaender will know, my favourite games involved Italians shouting, "Sopra! Sopra! Sinistra! Sinistra!" at a blindfolded member of their team as he or she attempted to avoid obstacles. 

Of course, that was all RUINED for me by reality. 

However, I still have, "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!" the yearly tv event that climaxes (as far as I'm concerned) with a very silly obstacle course involving celebrities being swamped with water, balls and wind machines as they struggle up a slippery path, holding stars. 

Meanwhile, Ant and Dec PISS themselves laughing. Obviously, that's my favourite part. 

Tonight's picture does not convey my sheer sadistic GLEE at seeing Shane Ritchie and Vernon Kay being washed from one end of the slide into a giant watery pit of balls. 

I know, I know. I'm such a sophisticate.
