MOSI is the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry.

Planet is a modern replica of a Robert Stephenson loco used to haul trains on the Liverpool and Manchester Railway in 1830. The original Planet was the ninth loco built for the Liverpool and Manchester Railway and the next design after the famous Rocket also built by Stephenson.
This impressive engine was built by the Friends of the Museum and has been providing rides for our visitors since 1992. Source: MOSI website.
