Christmas tree shopping

Ten stars for cuteness but no luck finding a tree here. I have had a live tree my entire life. In Wisconsin and Michigan we cut down our own, once even on our own property in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We've cut spruces and firs, but never the pine trees that grow this far south. Last year we found a tree lot that brought Frasier Firs from Lake City, MI - less than two hours from where we had lived. This year they sold out of all trees in five days starting the Friday after Thanksgiving. We missed out. The lot in photo also brought in Frasier Firs from Wisconsin I believe. We called ahead looking for a 10-12 foot tree. They had 5. They were so wide and the trunks so big we would never fit them in our living room and would need a new stand. Extra: The cut your own trees are Virginia Pines, White Pines and some Cyprus tress. Not what we are looking for, but Miya enjoyed the outing. Live trees are selling out quickly. Back to the internet for a search.
