Low

Made it down to the post office and then up to the allotment - gosh, it's been a week. The sparrow tribe were watching me refill the feeders and commenting loudly from their favourite brambles by the walkway, but they didn't start feeding while I was there. I noticed simultaneously how low the sun was and that it was midday - so this is the view across our neighbour's plot, showing the sun at its absolute zenith today. Only two more weeks of it getting lower, though....
