Doug Scott

We had a lovely walk along the river Annan today , walking from the Bridge to Hoddom Castle towards Brydekirk. When we got back home we heard the sad news that Doug Scott had died earlier today.
We met Doug last year , when we volunteered at at a fundraising talk he gave in Dumfries called ‘A Crawl Down the Ogre’. We have such fond memories of this special evening. Such a warm hearted, funny, generous, down to earth man who achieved so much in his life . An inspiration.
