The Christmas Postie....

Dreich start. The snow still hanging around but everywhere a mess now . Emptied the rain gauge and we have had 3 inches since Friday.
The herd away to St Boswell’s with some cull ewes this morning .
Mr M and his apprentice , Mr M Junior , back to finish the last bit of guttering on the shed .
Gathered up the crew after lunch and ran another field of cows and calves in from their field to a shed. The field they were in now looks like a bomb site, but it is one that will be getting ploughed up next year for fodder rape if things go to plan ( which they usually don’t !)
The postie has been in his annual Christmas uniform since last week so thought I better do my annual Blip of him. Despite the Christmas looking mud in the yard !
