What a mess

Everything went a bit pear shaped with the house sale yesterday leading to a massive amount of stress, anxiety and a sleepless night. Turns out some work we had done wouldn’t comply to the local authority building regs and its looking like we may have to rectify this before we can sell! We were gutted and frustrated that our buyers solicitors could have raised this about 5 weeks ago but held on til we were pretty much about to exchange! I’ve never seen Mikey worry about anything but it was awful to see him so upset! I took today off work, Mikey’s mum came round to look after Luke and we had to email all parties with a plan and find out if they were willing to hold on. We thought our sellers were going to go nuts and pull out! Thankfully as we were so close to the end everyone is wanting to continue and we just need to get it sorted ASAP . I’ve been back on he wine in full force to help with the stress although I know it’s not the answer! Really do need to just get rid completely
