inspired by the metal worker
I have persuaded Adrian that it's OK to have a row of raspberry canes in our front garden. Ten plants are healed in, so now is the time to get the posts. Living on a drumlin means that we can't guarantee being able to hammer wooden posts into the ground. What we need is two strong metal posts. Surely the farm supply shop can tell us where to go. Better than that, they will do it for us. If we just go downstairs, along a warren of passageways, across a yard and into another workshop, we can choose the right size, have the ends pointed and holes drilled at regular intervals.
No waiting, no fuss. Job done!
