With the bonus of a team meeting flung in for good measure. 

Someone somewhere has finally realised (probably because I told them) that if you're reducing the FOs from 3 to 2, then that presumably means the workload for the VOs will also change. So instead of the review being all about the FOs, it needs to include VOs too. Meeting set for the same time next week. I cannot wait. 

I'd like to think it gives us a chance to decide how we work post COVID but I doubt it'll be that simple.
