Tiny Tuesday Challenge

This is about as super macro as I can get.. The whole image measures about 5mm square. It was taken with a 50mm macro lens on two extension tubes 1mm & 15mm). The circuit board comes out of a remote for hearing aids. How people who work with such tiny components cope without getting eye strain I do not comprehend.
