Sausage rolls with bubble and squeak

Today was (sadly) the third and final cookery session organised by Peebles CAN.  Mary and I have really enjoyed the sessions and the food produced at them.  Today we made sausage rolls and bubble and squeak - guess what we are having for tea tonight?
