Take-off

A wonderfully frosty morning for a walk round Ferry Meadows, though I'd forgotten quite how many joggers there are pounding their way round the paths on a Sunday morning. No otters today, but glorious light and intense colours made up for their absence. And  the sight of a heron standing in a willow tree (see extra).
