Gallery Underpass

Now the movies would insist that railway pedestrian underpasses are where disreputable gangs congregate, doing drug deals and menacing passers by. They are usually depicted as grubby places, laden with X rated grafitti. 

This one appears to have been completely refreshed about 5 years ago and is so labelled the "gallery underpass". It has a lovely upbeat, safe atmosphere while the  ceiling and walls are bedecked in commissioned street art. It seems to have been respected by everyone. Great to see.
