The cedar chest under the living room window has several nativity scenes on it, along with the ceramic Christmas tree that Kent’s mum made and a British advent calendar train Kent bought me.

The advent train is a beast to get open without totally destroying the thing! It has become a bit of a joke when I struggle to get into it.

Highlight the healthcare workers on social media and all that they are doing for us.

We were asking our Bishop on Sunday about things at our local hospital as he’s a healthcare worker at the hospital. He said that things were not the best as the number of Covid admissions is at its highest and still expected to rise. How I wish there was a way to make people realize just how “real” this situation is and staying home as much as possible is important and wearing your mask is vital to stopping the spread.
