wild elephant garlic & dill

the kindly Mister has been foraging in the market & on his Radish walk!

event of the day:  a haircut for me.
watching for the nth time: The West Wing - nothing seems to change in politics.

the salad that i made - Fennel Salad

1 fennel bulb, very finely sliced
1 clove of elephant garlic, finely sliced
1 clementine, peeled and and chopped
1 small grated apple
a handful of hazelnuts, crushed
some fresh dill, chopped
crushed cumin to taste
juice of half a lemon
some olive oil
a good amount of pink peppercorns crushed 
some black pepper
& a bit of salt
