Beck

I went up to the far end of the woods for a change, but getting there involved paths down steep, muddy slopes and I only just managed to stay on my feet.  The mud at this time of year definitely takes some of the fun out of my usual walks.

The squirrels are very active. I saw another Bulfinch and heard, but didn't see, a Buzzard. Here's the beck from the footbridge.

Thank you for all your your comments on yesterday's #3650 blip - it caught me a little by surprise but that lent itelf to a more authentic @sgwarnog blip rather than one contrived for the occasion.
