Just a load of tarts

I'd made the pastry at the weekend. It needs at least 24 hours to cool down otherwise it's impossible to work with.
I got 36 mince pies and 12 jam tarts out of it with no waste at all.

The cranberry and orange relish  was also made and popped in the freezer ready for the big day.

We collected Will from the station late in the evening. He had a "student covid test" this morning and got the results 40 minutes later. Negative of course. I'm so excited to have him home.
