The Cutting Room

We’re very short staffed so we’re working all day without a break again this week. To make life even more stressful we’re trying to video our ‘Winter Production’ so that it can be sent out to parents next week. Without an audience, the children are lacking the motivation to get it right first time so it’s taking a while. The play involves the whole of Key Stage One, but as we’re not allowed to mix bubbles we have to do it in relays. Being shortstaffed makes it difficult to find anyone to look after your class while you’re videoing/stage-managing/directing etc in the hall.
Poor D has the hideous task of separating the wheat from the chaff and trying to create something worthy of being sent out to parents next week.
