Stage four of the #konatochristmas challenge and we're on a mission to finish first!

6km run before work, walk to the station then as my friend wasn't coming in to Leeds it was the long route to work.

Post work I walked up to the gym for a swim.

Total 85km (challenge distance, not actual)

We finished the night in the lead.
