Keep fit...on the beach!

These young English men were enjoying some “exercise time” on the beach this evening.
Most of the local gyms have closed...because of Covid....
And in any case, the beach is free!
They had their own ‘exercise elastic bands’....and they were doing pull ups, press ups, skipping etc
I chatted to them, they were happy for me to take a photo
