Summer Weeds

This afternoon I had some time to fill in before the dentist and drove to this spot overlooking the Waimea Estuary.  It was the clouds above Nelson that attracted me.  We had showers this morning but after lunch they moved on and the sky cleared.  It must be dead low tide.  There is a cycling trail here and two bikers went by but I was focused on the horizon so no bikers for Kathy or Elaine.  The dentist was as good as it can be.  A warning about eating Panforte.  I lost the corner off a molar last week.
