Flying back for Christmas

The flight was changed from Tuesday night until Wednesday morning. The positive side is the refurbished lounge has reopened, although they only had a cheese sandwich and a coffee available. 

What a change from 4 weeks ago, it seems that the COVID prevention measures have all been forgotten by Etihad, despite notices, announcements etc:
A brief glance at my COVID test
No social distancing on the plane, even though there were some spare seats
Hand luggage on the aircraft
A free for all scrum to get off the aircraft

Then I got my prisoner watch (extra) to allow me to quarantine at home for the next 14 days (to let me free on Christmas Eve)
