The Assynt Road Christmas lights.....

..... were turned on today by Lady Kinmylies, shortly before the mulled claret seemed to have an odd effect on her. Although SSE experienced a power drop at the time a spokesperson said they couldn't care less, and that they were enjoyong the mulled wine too. Has anyone ever thought whether this sort of thing disorientates seagulls? Happy..... what's it called again?
