Just about today

Another day kind of dentist, yoga with lovely Amy (her twists are amazing for stressed posture) and returning 2 pairs of trousers but of course buying 3 beautiful tops instead :-)

Ps. It kind of hurt him. Given anaesthetic didn’t work enough to numb the nerve. Referral to Hospital as soon as it’s available .
