Diversion

There was an accident on the bypass just outside Linton early this morning and traffic was diverted through the village at 'rush hour'.  It was chaos and a bit hairy when the articulated lorries were trying to get across the traffic in a tight turning circle.

This is Martin and Jess almost home after a morning walk on the right of the picture having hoped it all would have cleared by now.

The rest of the day was very positive - with my much anticipated new rug arriving at last as well as other happy things.
