Dogged

Theres a dog owner in my manor not picking up their dogs mess behind them and its bugging me now. A teacher at the local primary school nipped my head yesterday morning before I got to work and today a few lamp posts now have these stickers on them. Hope we don't all get banned from using the local park because of this lazy person(s).
