Festive Again

This house is across the street from the one I blipped the other day. It’s such a beautiful block, and my favorite way to get downtown. Today I thought I’d show you the little decorated tree, which, with it’s two trunks, is interesting all by itself, but when I stepped back a bit I knew I had to include the whole place. 

We sawed and split kindling this morning, and now have 3 neat cartons ready for the winter. That was quite enough choring for me, and I took about an hour to play some piano and then do some stretches to recover from it all. Yes, I have to recover from piano—it’s the sitting.
