Oh Damn And Blast

I suffer with skin tears 
If i knock myself instead of a bruise or nothing it splits the skin and rolls it back exposing all the under layers
It bleeds profusely and i have to wash it under the tap then pull the tear back into place
The put an Inadine dressing on it to stop infection
Then a special dressing[else i rip again when i take it off]to cover that
I have to change the dressing every 2 days till 6 days is up and its healed
So now i have neither arm to work with as i have to keep it dry
Oh bugger..........
