Deb is at it again. Panettone today!

Spent all morning parking the car. NYC has , at best if times, a fairly complicated parking on streets system owing to street cleaning. It’s quite haywire now. Anyway went down at 9.15 to sit in car to wait for cleaner to come along. When it did moved out of its way as did everyone else and then supposedly rushed back into parking space. Except certain it’s for want of a better word took my space. Ended up with me having to leave , find somewhere else and sit until 1 pm. Police of course everywhere giving parking tickets.
Later had a wee visit with Liz, socially distanced plus masks, as we’re both in high risk categories.Dropped of Christmas gifts, mainly food items. We should get up to country tomorrow and then see what happens next with lockdown etc. May or may not get back for Christmas.
