Chalk & Cheese

There's 4 years between my sister and I. (She's older by the way)

As children, my mum dressed us like twins up until around school age I guess. Knowing my mother and the way her mind works, it wouldn't have been because she liked seeing us like this, but so that the neighbours would know that her youngest wasn't wearing any hand-me-downs!!

My sister and I fought as children. As children do. My mum used to have my sister feed me sometimes and she found this absolutely disgusting! (think rusks and a messy baby) ........ And I'm almost positive that living with the younger spoilt brat of a sister had the knock-on effect of putting her off children for life. Hence she has none. Never wanted any and never will.

We did go through a period in my late teenage years, of going out to the pub together, where I was responsible for carrying my sister home after one too many diamond whites.

She studied hard at school, went on to Napier (although she hasn't an ounce of common sense) and has worked her way up to a fabulous career in television.
I, on the other hand, can wire a plug made my mum and dad's life no doubt a living hell :)

We don't see each other all that much but she will stay occasionally so that it lessens her travelling time from her own home, where she lives with her tosser boyfriend, to her work.

Although I wouldn't say we are all that close these days, (think more...... different planet :) she's my sister. End of :)

I'll get around to previous blips replys and others blips soon, I promise :)
