Flower Friday

Flowers, as vivid as I could find today to celebrate the news that the vendor has had a change of heart, and accepted my last offer...wheeeeeee. I am still in shock and finding it hard to believe I am in the process of buying a two bedroom bungalow on the outskirts of Durham...(I believe the agents gave him a severe talking to !)
I always knew there was an alternative view to the current one of my neighbour's smalls going around in his tumble drier....haha.
So, lots to sort out and organise, I'm so excited I  think a G&T is called for...hopefully I'll get to look at journals later.
