LD 262 Glimpses of Christmas

 I love the glimpses into other people's houses that you get at this time of the year , as curtains remain open to show off trees and lights.  

There was lots of that driving home from the Parliament this evening ( a long drive as the closure of part of the Edinburgh City bypass and the ongoing delays at the Rest & Be Thankful meant it took nearly 4 hours ) and just as I was leaving my office I saw this  lit flat window in the High St surrounded by a natural night vignette.
