Brownies

I rarely do food blips. These are professionally home made if that makes sense.
I went to collect an item from a garden centre in St Albans today, and called in for a socially distanced cup of tea with my cousin, his wife and my Aunt, who will be 98 next week!!
Christmas and birthday cards exchanged, and their daughter had left me a box of brownies to bring home.
She is a professional cake designer and has a well established custom cake making business in the town. During lockdown she has redeveloped the business to cater for smaller cakes and cake boxes.
They are very very tasty. Sweet, so only a small bite at a time.
