Cycle of life - a grave in the ancient churchyard in Upton St Leonard's, Gloucestershire, with autumn leaves and spring snow drops.

The inscription reads :

In loving memory of Charles Edward Mann, 1880 - 1957. Also his wife Alice Sarah 1885 - 1978 and great grandson John James born and died 19.3.78.

A poignant reminder of the preciousness of all life.
