Break

A hunger stop on my morning walk.  Chaired the annual street meeting this evening, all good including a possible break through in the tangled admin process of getting permission to close our private street to the public who often do uncivil things in it including break into our ground floor houses!   This has dragged on for nearly ten interminable years!
