A Pain in the Backside

I bet doctors have mixed feelings about the extent of our self-diagnoses in these laptop days! However, Google and Youtube do motivate you towards self-help before you surrender and see your GP! Unfortunately, the yoga stretches didn't help as much today as they did yesterday so I wasn't up for a chilly walk in search of a more interesting blip!

However, I do realise that the visible bookmarks bar gives a good insight into my character as those who know me or the journal might agree: there's the snow phobia represented by the Met Office site; the social networking with Twitter and Fb; the need for intellectual stimulation with TED and Big Think; even my favourite charity with Alzheimer Scotland's fundraising megastore!. Have a look at your Bookmark Bar; does it reveal your true self?
