The time has come

Each year it's a major job extracting our stored Christmas decorations from the garage. As a first step in putting up our decorations we have put the boxes in the guest room as a staging post. Tomorrow is the day!

We have collected our decorations over 37 years. They're an eclectic lot, devoid of sophistication, but we love them.

It's a little strange putting them up this year. No one will be coming to visit, not indoors anyway. We wondered if we would bother but decided to decorate as usual so that, at least, we can enjoy them.
