Last day in the office

I bought these almond cookies for last day in the office and distributed them covid-securely. Today we had our zoom Christmas party. Worried that it would be a pathetic affair, I prepared my get-out excuses. In fact, I ended up in a break-out room with a few of the big shots at the institute and continued my zoom quiz winning streak thanks to an ingenious freestyle rap by the institute director who was in my team. We each win a bottle of team personalised Port that we have decided to bring to the next Christmas party. I didn’t stay for the music and dancing because that’s surely going to be terrible on zoom, and I needed to pack my suitcase.
