Fleeing Pheasent

I did not set for a bird Blip today, but this beautiful male pheasant flew over the road this morning as I was wandering but as soon as the camera came out he started to run across the field in the wrong direction from my prospective.

I managed to get a couple of shots off before he disappeared into the marsh grass, cheeky chap continued to call knowing I think that I could not see him
