Hellebore

This hellebore which is in the ground just outside the front door is not my most prolific ... it has never really grown and at most it might produce three flowers. I think perhaps the roots are water logged!

My gardeners arrived at 9am to sook up the last of the fallen leaves and give my pear tree a good trim. The weather was really wet and gloomy but within half an hour they were finished and on their way.
