Best Friend

This is my topic for today and it is him! I can tell him stuff and he doesn't judge (much... sometimes his facial expression speaks volumes...) and doesn't spread it around the town. He always has a warm welcome home, unless he is asleep of course! He joins me to do yoga, and likes to share the odd cheese or tuna sarnie. 

The tatty, worn out old sofa will hopefully be a thing of the past soon as there is a new one on order, due for delivery the end of Jan 2021!

Today I have done some housework...yes, I know - on a Saturday! Kitchen cleaning, hoovering, laundry etc. It means less to do next week!

The lights on the front room Christmas tree died a death this afternoon, so we have been to Tesco to get some more. The new ones have more bulbs, brighter lights and several functions - some of which would definitely be migraine-inducing! They look pretty on normal setting  though, and will be even better next year when they will be the first thing on the tree, lighting it from within. We could not be arsed to take everything off and start again. The old lights are still on there too.
